When PKR provides a set of practical tools that put you in control of your gaming experience. All of these tools are available at no cost, can be activated immediately through your account settings or by contacting support, and cannot be reversed instantly — they have built-in cooling-off mechanisms to ensure they are genuinely effective.
Set a maximum PKR deposit amount per day, week or month. You choose the amount and the period. Once the limit is reached, deposits are blocked until the next period begins. You can reduce your limit immediately. Increasing a limit requires a waiting period to prevent impulsive changes during a stressful session.
Set a maximum play session duration. When your chosen time is reached, you receive a clear on-screen reminder showing your session length and your net result for that session. You can choose to continue or end the session — but the reminder ensures you make that choice consciously rather than drifting.
A short break from the platform — available for 24 hours, 48 hours, one week or one month. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but you cannot log in, deposit or bet. Marketing messages are paused. This is ideal if you feel you need a brief reset without fully closing your account.
A longer-term break of six months, one year or permanent. Self-exclusion fully suspends your When PKR account.
